Weapons Connection

On September 1st & 2nd Grand Master Stephen Young, Weapons Connection Society Illinois State Director, hosted a weapons training seminar at the Midwest School of Isshinryu in Aurora, Illinois. At 80 years old, Grand Master Nakamoto, Kiichi, one of Okinawa's leading weapons Masters, lead participants through workouts with the sai and tonfa. This is only the second time Grand Master Nakamoto has been to the USA but the first time in a weapons teaching capacity. This "once in a lifetime" experience is something the participants will never forget.
