We will occasionally live stream our classes through our website. Because we are using a free service you will see a commercial at the beginning that you have the option of skipping. If I have your e-mail on file you will receive advanced e-mail notice of the dates we will be broadcasting. This is a dynamic and sometimes unreliable technology that does not always work as planned. Because of cost, we are reliant upon resources that are available to us at no charge. We would greatly appreciate your feedback regarding your viewing experience.
